The exterior of this home is architecturally a play on "the home alone house" but we really wanted to do something unexpected in the interior. So although this home has some traditional elements, we worked to mix design styles intentionally. For example, we have a nod to Parisian elements in the front sitting area with chevron flooring and panel molding but added a touch of mid century modern with the lighting and styled an Eames lounger. The halls have wood cladded ceilings for that traditional cozy feel yet we have full glass elliptical walls leading into the office which is more transitional. The kitchen of this home is set up to display artwork rather than upper cabinetry and we have unexpected hints of brass in the beam work and island legs. We've mixed wood wainscoting with color blocking trim, different styles of wallpaper treatments, clay tiles that play with both pattern and color, and a lot of lighting that leans more 1920s-1950s rather than 2026. Eclectic design in this case, lead to the most beautiful mix of finishes and we have simply fallen in love with this home.

Our Modern Views Project is all about modern living set right into the red rocks of Southern Utah. This home was designed to feel effortlessly connected to its surroundings, using natural materials and clean lines to create a space that feels both elevated and grounded. Warm wood tones, natural stone, and soft neutral finishes flow throughout the home, bringing in a sense of calm and continuity from room to room. Expansive windows and open living spaces let natural light take the lead, highlighting the desert landscape and making the views feel like part of the design.

A beautifully designed dining room is one of the greatest expressions of luxury — not because of what it displays, but because of what it invites. It is the setting where elevated living meets meaningful connection; where curated materials, refined details, and intentional comfort come together to create an atmosphere worthy of life’s most memorable moments. When we design dining spaces with connection as the ultimate luxury, every gathering becomes timeless, every conversation feels effortless, and every meal feels like an occasion.

The Fall Market 2025 in High Point, North Carolina was a refreshing source of inspiration, blending timeless design with modern energy. This season celebrated bold pops of color on neutral bases, natural textures, and organic elements that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. The overall direction feels balanced, elevated, and effortlessly livable.

October brings a softer light and a slower rhythm—an invitation to layer warmth, texture, and intention into the spaces we live in. The October Edit is a reflection of that shift: grounded tones, timeless forms, and design that feels deeply lived-in.
