Some of the services in our custom new construction design package include but are not limited to; red line plan review meetings, conceptual presentations, design selections/coordination, job site walks, bid reviews, mood boards, CAD drawings, and colored renderings. Do you like presentation style or do you want you to be involved? Whether you want to come to the design meetings or if you wish to stand back and let us create your dream home for you, we are happy to adjust the process to your personal needs and schedule. We love combining the design of the home with our furniture design service for an overall cohesive finished product..

We have been working with our clients on AirBnb's in locations like Brian Head, Lake Tahoe, California, Cabo San Lucas, and even Canada. We understand the importance of turn around time in both hard surfaces and furnishings as well as making the property photogenic for top rental income ability and re bookings. Our AirBnb services can be done both in person or via our E-Design packages.
